I am currently a Post-Doctoral Research Associate working in the Theoretical Immunology Laboratory at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA. Before joining here, I have completed my Ph.D. in the Systems Ecology and Systems Biology Lab, at the department of mathematics Central University of Rajasthan, India. I have obtained my M.Sc in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Dhanbad and completed my B.Sc in Mathematics from University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India.

The overall goal of my research is to gain insights into mechanism (from molecule to Systems) of biological process with special emphasis on "CD8 T-cells responce towards parasites", "structure and dynamics of macromolecular complex", "Protein modification or interaction with protein, DNA or substrate molecules", "Control of gene regulatory network and Homeostasis".

I employ a systems and computational biology approaches combined with mathematical model, molecular biophysics, bioinformatics, molecular modeling, machine learning, scientific and statistical computing to understand how molecule or systems work.
